All goods must be entirely handmade by the approved applicant. Resale items, imports, and mass-produced merchandise are strictly prohibited.
Vendors must comply with all area theme requirements, dress codes, and booth appearance standards.
Booths must remain staffed during all published festival operating hours.
Vendors who fail to appear without prior written approval may forfeit booth fees and may be subject to additional penalties.
Vendors are required to maintain valid liability insurance coverage throughout the event.
Madison Hills Events reserves the right to remove any vendor or booth found to be in violation of festival policies or contractual agreements.
Festival operating hours are: Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM - Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Each booth must clearly display its hours of operation at all times.
Booths that are temporarily closed must be secured and screened from public view using appropriate aesthetic doors, curtains, or window coverings.
Madison Hills Events is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, equipment, or personal property.
Booth owners and all staff members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward guests, staff, entertainers, and fellow participants at all times.
Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the festival, forfeiture of booth space, fines, or termination of contract.
Damaging trees, landscaping, foliage, or any natural features on the property may result in fines of up to $5,000 per incident. This includes cutting, impaling, striking, or otherwise harming trees or plant life.
The use of poison, herbicides, weed spray, or other harmful chemicals on festival grounds is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate expulsion, forfeiture of fees and property, and potential criminal charges for property damage.
Trees and natural features on the property may not be cut, altered, impaled, climbed, or otherwise disturbed.
Personal vehicles are not permitted to drive onto restricted festival grounds or wooded areas. Approved utility vehicles, carts, and transport assistance may be available.
All booth workers and assistants must be registered in the festival membership system, including submission of required information and identification images.
On-site camping is permitted only under separate approved camping agreements for each individual staying on the property.
