Guidelines for our vendors, a letter.

Dear Vendors or Potential Vendors,
Our festivals are inclusive spaces, with a venue built for the highest quality experience of both vendor and patron in mind. High-end, hand crafted wares will be the only type of products showcased at our festivals. The grounds will offer options for the increased enjoyment our patrons, however bought and sold items are not permitted by any vendor invited to participate.
This elevated experience is also reflected when interacting with our patrons. It is expected and understood that you and your team come in with the best attitudes ready to help our patrons and make a place of joy for all. Happiness is infectious. Happy vendors means a happy team on our end, which translates to a happy patron which leads to a patron that supports your art and livelihood for years to come.
As we grow together please feel free to (politely and constructively) join the conversation through a message here or to an email to Info@madisonhillsevents.com.
Looking forward to making magic happen together.
– Molly

What Types of Vendors Are you Looking for?
Art style is entire that of our artists and while some vendors will do better at different fairs, all of our vendor requirements come down to one main point, must be hand made. Feel free to ask which show your arts would best be suited if you have questions. email vendors@madisonhillsevents.com
