Festival Rules and Guidelines

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and magical experience for all attendees, we ask that everyone follow these guidelines while on festival grounds. These rules are designed to protect our guests, performers, and staff, and to help preserve the spirit of the festival. By attending, you agree to respect these policies and cooperate with festival staff. Thank you for helping us make this a fun and memorable event for everyone!

1. Pets: Dogs are welcome with the purchase of a puppy/dog pass. All other pets are not permitted. Service dogs are always welcome at no charge. For special requests, please contact info@madisonhillsevents.com

2. Food & Beverage: One sealed bottle of water per patron is permitted. All other outside food and drinks are prohibited. Drinks may not be removed from festival grounds. Exceptions are made for baby food and formula.

3. Smoking: Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Booths and other festival areas are non-smoking.

4. Weapons: No weapons, real or replica, are allowed on the grounds. Weapons purchased on-site must be held by staff until the end of the day.

5. Footwear: Shoes must be worn at all times. Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended for safety.

6. Drones: Drones are not permitted on festival grounds.

7. Staff Instructions: All attendees must comply with instructions from festival staff, whether written or verbal. Failure to do so may result in removal from the festival without refund.

8. Costumes & Attire: Thematic wear and costumes are encouraged to enhance the festival experience.

9. Musical Instruments: Acoustic instruments are permitted. Attendees must comply with staff requests to stop playing or relocate. Amplification equipment is prohibited.

10. Performances & Tips: Performers may accept tips. Only performers are allowed on stage unless an act specifically includes audience participation.

 

These rules are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Festival management reserves the right to modify or update these guidelines at any time, with or without prior notice, in the interest of safety, security, or the overall enjoyment of the event. Attendees are expected to comply with all current rules while on festival grounds.
