Performances and entertainment offerings must remain substantially consistent with the descriptions and materials submitted during the application process. Madison Hills Events reserves the right to determine whether a performance remains appropriate for the festival. All performances must be family-friendly unless they are exclusively scheduled within designated adult-only areas, such as the Pirate Cove. Failure to appear for scheduled performances, repeated late arrivals, or failure to fulfill contractual obligations may result in contract termination and removal from the festival entertainment lineup. All entertainers and performers are required to maintain valid liability insurance throughout the duration of the event and must provide proof of coverage upon request. Madison Hills Events reserves the right to remove any entertainer, performer, vendor, booth operator, or participant found to be in violation of festival policies, rules, or contractual agreements. Festival operating hours are: Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM - Saturday & Sunday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, unless otherwise specified by event management. Merchant cart and booth operating hours must be clearly posted and consistently observed. Booths, merchant carts, and display areas must be properly secured when closed to the public. Any coverings, doors, or barriers used for security purposes must maintain the overall aesthetic standards of the festival. Madison Hills Events assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to merchandise, equipment, displays, personal property, or other belongings brought onto festival grounds. Booth owners, performers, staff members, volunteers, and representatives are expected to conduct themselves professionally, respectfully, and courteously toward guests, fellow participants, and event staff at all times. Madison Hills Events maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior of any kind. Violations may result in immediate removal from the event, forfeiture of booth space, termination of contracts, fines, or any combination thereof. Protection of the natural environment is a priority. Damage to trees, shrubs, landscaping, wildlife habitats, or other natural features may result in fines of up to $5,000 per incident, in addition to any costs associated with remediation or repair. Trees and vegetation may not be cut, trimmed, nailed into, attached to, climbed, or otherwise altered anywhere on festival property. Personal vehicles are not permitted within festival grounds except as specifically authorized by event management. Utility vehicles, carts, and designated transportation services will be available for approved site access and logistical support. On-site camping is permitted only with an approved camping agreement. Each individual camper must complete and sign a separate camping agreement prior to occupancy.
