Single weekends, multiple weekends, or the Full Run (all 5 weekends). Fair Rules and Agreements, Agree to Acknowledge. * All art must be entirely handmade by the applicant. No resale, imports, or mass-produced items are permitted. Artists must comply with area theme guidelines. No-shows without written consent may forfeit fees and be subject to penalties. Madison Hills Events reserves the right to remove any artist not in compliance with the contract once accepted. Hours of Operation are from 10AM - 10 PM Sat & Sun Madison Hills Events is not responsible for any damage or theft. Discrimination of any type will have a zero tolerance policy and may result in forfeit of booth, contract, fines, or all three. No driving onto site or in trees.
