Farm tours, seasonal work, harvesting, and animal care
Demonstrations and workshops on historical and traditional agricultural practices (e.g., heirloom planting techniques, heritage animal husbandry, use of historic tools and crafts)

These activities may take place outdoors, may involve tools, animals, uneven terrain, and physical work, and may include methods not commonly used in modern industrial settings.

These risks are part of the experience, even when safety precautions are taken
You voluntarily assume all such inherent risks, whether known or unknown

Under Virginia agritourism law, an agritourism provider has limited liability for injuries or death resulting from the inherent risks of agritourism activities, provided that required warnings are posted and disclosed as required under Virginia Code § 3.2-6401 and § 3.2-6402.
