Performances and shows must be substantially consistent with the descriptions and materials provided during the application process and must remain appropriate for the festival environment. All performances must be family-friendly unless expressly approved to perform exclusively within the designated 21+ Area. Failure to appear for scheduled performances, repeated late arrivals, or failure to meet performance obligations may result in contract termination and/or removal from the festival entertainment lineup. All entertainers and performers are required to maintain valid liability insurance coverage throughout the duration of the event. Madison Hills Events reserves the right to remove any entertainer, actor, vendor, merchant, or booth that is found to be in violation of any contractual terms, festival policies, or operational requirements. Festival operating hours are 10:00 AM to 19:00 PM. Merchant cart and booth operating hours must be clearly posted and visible to patrons at all times. When closed, booths and merchant carts must be properly secured and maintain an aesthetically appropriate appearance through the use of suitable doors, coverings, or other approved barriers. Madison Hills Events assumes no responsibility or liability for loss, theft, or damage to merchandise, equipment, personal property, or other belongings. Booth owners, performers, staff members, volunteers, and representatives are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner toward guests, fellow participants, and event staff at all times. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct of any kind will not be tolerated. Violations may result in removal from the event, forfeiture of booth space, termination of contract, monetary fines, or any combination thereof. Damage to trees, shrubs, plants, wildlife habitats, landscaping, or other natural features of the property may result in fines of up to $5,000 per incident, in addition to any costs associated with repair or remediation. Trees and other vegetation may not be cut, trimmed, carved, nailed, impaled, climbed, or otherwise altered or damaged in any manner. Personal vehicles are not permitted within festival grounds except in designated areas and at approved times. Utility vehicles, transport carts, and designated transportation services are available for on-site use. Camping is permitted only in designated areas.
