Private One-on-One Glass Blowing Classes at Valencia Glass

Step into the world of molten glass with an exclusive hands-on experience from Valencia Glass!

These private glass blowing classes are offered Saturdays and Sundays during the month of May only and provide guests with a rare opportunity to learn traditional glass artistry in an intimate setting.

A Personalized Glass Blowing Experience

Each class is a private, one-on-one session with an experienced glass artist, allowing participants to receive individualized instruction throughout the entire process. Sessions are booked every half hour from 12 PM to 5 PM during festival weekends.

Whether you are completely new to glass blowing or simply looking for a memorable creative experience, these classes are designed to be approachable, exciting, and unforgettable.

Create Your Own Glass Artwork

During your private session, students will work directly with experienced glass artists to create their very own handmade piece of glass art.

Participants may choose to blow their own:

  • Cup
  • Bowl
  • Vase

A wide variety of glass colors will be available, allowing each participant to customize their creation and make something truly unique.

Each class includes instruction on safety, tools, shaping techniques, and the glass blowing process from start to finish.

Small Class Sizes

Class sizes are intentionally limited to ensure every participant has the opportunity to actively engage in the process and receive one-on-one instruction.

Because of the small group format, advance reservations are strongly recommended.

Held During the Virginia Fantasy Festival

Classes are hosted exclusively during the Virginia Fantasy Festival on Saturdays and Sundays throughout May. Guests can enjoy the immersive fantasy festival atmosphere before or after their scheduled class experience.

This unique setting combines live entertainment, artisan culture, and traditional craftsmanship into a memorable day unlike any ordinary art workshop.

Availability is limited due to the small class sizes and private instruction format. Early booking is encouraged for all weekend sessions during the festival season.
Due to limitations in availability and materials, once classes are purchased they are not able to be refunded.
