Vendors must comply with area theme guidelines, dress code, and booth appearance rules. Vendors booths must be manned during all open hours. No-shows without written consent may forfeit booth fees and be subject to penalties. Vendors must carry liability insurance. Madison Hills Events reserves the right to remove any vendor or booth not in compliance with the contract once accepted. Hours of Operation are from 10AM -10 PM Open Hours for your shop must be posted and clearly understood at all times. While we encourage all of our vendors to be open for all hours of the festival, open hours, of your shop, MUST total 9 hours. Your booth must be secure when/if not open to the public with aesthetic doors and or window coverings. Madison Hills Events, nor any affiliates of MHE are responsible for any damage or theft to products. Booth owners and workers of the booth will hold themselves in a professional and respectful manner to all our guests during all times of operation. Discrimination of any type will have a zero tolerance policy and may result in forfeit of booth, contract, fines, or all three. Damage of trees, bushes, foliage, fauna, landscaping of any kind will result in a fine of up to $5000 per incident. (Don't hit a tree) Trees are not to be cut, impaled or touched anywhere on the property. No driving onto site or in trees. Utility vehicles, carts, and transport available.
